Shipping:

You are responsible for paying return shipping.

Shipping costs are non­refundable

Please note we are a small business providing quality products and goods from international and national suppliers.

MOST items are in stock at all times .Some  items are available to purchase on a pre-order basis, if we have sold out . Shipping times can vary between 1-3 weeks subject to prior sales and depending on the order.

In stock items are sent same day.

Refunds:Refunds will be given once we receive your item.We will inspect it & notify you that we have received the returned item.We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds are not given on sale items.

Refunds for general wear & tear will not take place.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you The way you paid in the first instance.

Returns:

You have, 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns of any kind on special orders *or Helmets. We cannot guarantee their history once leaving us . Please choose carefully.
*special orders are items that are ‘ordered in ‘ for you , not restricted to made to order . We will not be responsible for shipping time or waits , refunds will not be given for these or for those who decide they ‘don’t want it anymore’ or ‘ have got a new horse’ or ‘ have changed my saddle’  . size charts are supplied and it is up to you to choose the size . We will not be held responsible for you choosing the wrong size. 

 

The item must be in the original packaging. 

If you have ordered the incorrect size - 

check the Sizing Guide so you know the size you would like to exchange to.

Postage will be charged when sending out your exchange products.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations incur a restocking fee of 20%

We will provide return address when you contact us.
