How To Use Red Light Therapy Torch

1. Prepare by using the included safety glasses before switching on the torch
2. Turn on the torch by short pressing the small button
3. Hold the torch over the area of concerns
4. Depending on how deep you want the treatment to penetrate, keep the device at a distance or place it against the skin
5. The red light reaches up to 1-inch under the skin to relieve pain
6. Hold and treat the area of concern for a maximum of 5 minutes
7. If treating multiple areas, we recommend waiting one minute after every 5 to give this light therapy torch time to cool off before moving to the next
8. Switch the torch off by short pressing the small button once done

Usage Frequency

For the best results, we recommend committing to a 3-week treatment plan. Choose the treatment based on the level of your pain below:

• Light pain: 1 minute each day
• Average/Medium pain: 2 minutes, 3 times a day
• Deep pain: 3 minutes, 3 times a day
